Joe Mettle announces ‘The River’ edition of Praise Reloaded 2026 on June 28

The iconic Accra Sports Stadium is set to once again host this year’s edition of Praise Reloaded, the highly anticipated gospel worship experience headlined by award-winning gospel artiste Joe Mettle.

Scheduled for Sunday, June 28, the 14th edition of the event is expected to attract thousands of worshippers for a powerful atmosphere of praise, worship, and spiritual revival.

Speaking at the official launch held at Reverb Studios in Sowutuom, Accra, Joe Mettle expressed profound appreciation to his team for their unwavering dedication and support throughout the years. He noted that the decision to return to the Accra Sports Stadium was driven by the need to create a more conducive environment while accommodating the ever-growing number of patrons who attend the annual gathering.

This year’s edition is themed “The River,” a concept Joe Mettle says carries deep spiritual significance and reflects the heart of what God intends to do through the programme.

“I am deeply stirred and excited about what God is set to do through Praise Reloaded 2026 dubbed The River. This is more than an event; it is a divine assignment,” he said.

Referencing John 7:37-38, he added: “Jesus declared, ‘If anyone thirsts, let him come to me and drink. Whoever believes in me, as the Scripture has said, out of his heart will flow rivers of living water.’ We believe this season is part of that fulfillment.”

According to the gospel minister, every moment of worship and every gathering connected to the event is expected to usher in a mighty move of God that will transform lives, restore hearts, and draw many closer to Him.
