Chandler Moore’s latest hit, “God I’m Just Grateful,” is quickly becoming one of the most powerful worship songs being sung in churches across the world. The heartfelt anthem has also gained massive popularity on TikTok, where thousands of users are using the song to soundtrack videos reflecting moments of gratitude and personal testimony.
Originally written by Chandler Moore alongside Steven Furtick, Pat Barrett, Abubakar Baker Shariff-Farr, and Joshua Coleman, the song first appeared on Elevation Worship’s award-winning album “SO BE IT.”
Speaking about the song, Moore described it as one of his favourite collaborations with Pastor Steven Furtick and Elevation Worship.
“I’ve written some of my favorite songs with Pastor Furtick and Elevation Worship, and ‘God I’m Just Grateful’ is at the top of that list. It captures exactly what we feel every time we come together,” he shared.
While the original version was recorded live with Elevation Worship, Moore’s solo release takes on a fresh and energetic direction. Produced with synth elements and pulsating beats, the studio version transforms the worship anthem into a vibrant pop-inspired track while still maintaining its deeply spiritual message.
The release also marks a new chapter in Chandler Moore’s career following his official departure from Maverick City Music in October 2025. As he embraces his identity as a solo artist, Moore says his current season of life has been filled with gratitude — especially for his family and children, whom he frequently highlights on social media.
In a recent Instagram post featuring his children playing outdoors, Moore wrote:
“God is kind to me. I’m really grateful. God gave me the things I have. God gave me the family and friends I have. He’s done more than I deserve.”
Over the past few months, the Charleston, South Carolina native has performed alongside gospel and Christian music acts including Anthony Evans and Madison Ryann Ward. He has also taken “God I’m Just Grateful” to audiences around the world through a series of international performances, including concerts in Australia with Naomi Raine and Todd Galberth.
Fans can expect more music from Chandler Moore in the coming months as he continues to evolve creatively while maintaining close collaborations with longtime partners in Elevation Worship and Sons Of Sunday.
