ACCRA, Ghana – Christian leaders, business executives, entrepreneurs, professionals, educators and innovators from across Africa are expected to converge in Ghana this week for the Lausanne Workplace Forum 2026, a major gathering aimed at equipping believers to live out their faith in the workplace.
The four-day forum will take place from August 6 to 9, 2026, at the Pentecost Convention Centre, Gomoa Fetteh, under the theme of transforming every profession into a platform for Kingdom impact.
Organisers say the event seeks to inspire Christians to view the workplace not merely as a place of employment but as a vital mission field where biblical values, excellence and servant leadership can influence society.
The forum is expected to attract participants from diverse sectors, including business, government, education, healthcare, technology, media, the creative arts and ministry. Attendees will engage in keynote presentations, panel discussions, networking sessions and practical workshops focused on integrating faith with everyday work.
Among the featured speakers are Apostle Eric Nyamekye, Chairman of The Church of Pentecost, Dr. Joshua Bogunjoko, President and CEO of SIM International, and leadership expert Dr. Delphine Fanfon, alongside other respected Christian leaders from across Africa and beyond.
The Lausanne Workplace Forum forms part of the global Lausanne Movement, which encourages Christians to actively participate in God's mission by demonstrating biblical principles in every sphere of influence, including the marketplace, education, governance, science, media and the arts.
Organisers are encouraging Christians across the continent to participate in what is expected to be one of Africa's largest gatherings dedicated to faith and the workplace.
